Saint Louis is the patron saint of Sète. The “Saint Louis” is the annual festival in his honour, with its water jousting tournaments, it is the event of the year for the locals. With more than 70 street shows on the programme and bars open until the early hours, there is an extraordinary atmosphere around the place. And this year it’s the 268th edition! Six days of non-stop action around the Cadre Royal and also in the streets and squares, with holiday-makers mixing with the locals and returning expat locals who come back every year for this unmissable event!
